We aren't scared of anything!
Lexington, NC. Disaster
These nice folks gave us a call when they found their grand parents house torn apart from years of poor property management. Obviously there were years of damage to this home that had never been addressed. Roaches in kitchen (dead and alive), animal facies on carpet and under beds, ceiling water damage, and a hot water heater that was ready to blow.
What lurks in the basement?
Looks can be deceiving
This home looked great from he exterior, but once we got inside we found out why they wanted to sell and sell fast. It had been rented out to family of the owners for a year or so and they had all but destroyed the inside. I'm not sure what kind/kinds or animals were in the home but we have smelt better vet offices. Up top was long dog hair everywhere along with some droppings, in the basement was were there were piles and piles of where apparently the cat or cats used as a liter box.
